Pavo's agreed to repair a pair of work boots, replacing the inner leather sole, and they recommended a removeable insole as well for comfort (cost=$10), which I agreed to.  It was quoted as $25 total, I put $15 down.  They were more than a week late in repairing and then insisted on charging me $15 instead of the original $10 balance I was supposed to owe, to get boots back. Then, upon inspection, all they did is GLUE the removeable insole in 2 tiny spots.  There was no leather insole.  Now I have a pair of cheap, removeable insoles that I cannot remove unless I rip them - that cost me $30!!!  Of course, they argue that this is what they said they would do. I'm furious at the incredibly POOR and dishonest service. They should be out of business. Period.
