I hired Amanda Barr to walk my dog on an as-needed basis. I paid her an upfront fee of $150 for her services. Amanda showed up on my first request though I don't know if she actually walked my dog. She indicated that a log would be left to show that she had been there. No log was left.

I requested Amanda's services for a second time. She confirmed that she would come to walk my dog but never showed. She claimed that the 24 hour concierge in my building was not available to let her in. She also claimed that she had called my cell phone and left me a voicemail however no missed call was logged or message received.

I have since attempted to contact Ms. Barr however my emails have been returned and her website is no longer in service. I have seen other complaints about this individual and now realize that I was swindled. If others have fallen victim to her scheme I would be interested in joining you in small claims court. This person needs to be stopped.
