Paws Penthouse Parisa Salili This facility is disgusting- is filthy and they loose pets! Sherman Oaks California

My friend brought his cat here to PAWS PENTHOUSE, thinking it was reputable BOARDING facility.  He paid and they accepted $350 a month to care for his beloved cat, while he had to work in another town for a few months.  When he returned, his cat was no longer there!  The owner, PARISI SALILI keeps changing the story from day to day- she sold the cat; the cat was lost; she gave the cat to a home!  Again, all the while accepting the monthly fee from my friend.  Just read the horrific reviews on YELP dating all the way back to 2012: One reviewere called it "Paws Torture Chamber" and others talk about lost, injured, traumatized pets and neglect and filth. The few good reviews are most likely from people who were not aware of the treatment of their animals, who fortunatley came back in one piece.  PLEASE RUN, DON'T WALK FROM THIS HELL HOLE! DO NOT LEAVE YOUR COMPANION ANIMAL HERE!
