Pay Pal Ebay, Pay Pal - Withholding Money for up to 21 days, San Jose California

I find it apsolutly unfair that Me as a seller on Ebay has to wait for my money after selling an item for up to 21 days,

I sell higher end drones for airal photography, the customer pays, Pay Pal puts a hold on the money, tells me to ship the item WITHOUT GETTING PAID FIRST, customer recieves item and pay pal stills has a hold on my business money, SOOOOO, the customer gets to try before you buy, as Im waiting for my money the customer is flying a high end drone around, WHAT IF THE CUSTOMER CRASHES THE DRONE, then tells Ebay that its the way he recieved it, well now ebay refunds te cash without any warning, I find it higly unpractical and just a bad business decision, My business will not servive if I stayed with Pay Pal, This is a lagit business that Im trying to expand on line and Pay Pal really dont care if the business servives or not, I have literally called Ebay and Pay Pal every day for 6 Days about releasing my money, they refuse each time of course, So they currently have $842.36 of my business money andI need that to order more inventory. I have explainedto them that I have a drone on my PAY NOW LIST that I cannot pay for because They are holding my business money, they dont care, they will not release my business money, I Sell somthing, I expect to be paid for the item I sold, I am currently searching for other alternative solutions to replace Pay Pal when my business needs stock, parts or supplies,
