Please be aware that this "company is no more than a scam to get your money. They appear to be a legitimate site with great deals BUT, they will charge you a $25.00 "application" fee then you will never hear from them again. There is no phone number on the website to contact them, their "live chat" never works and I have sent numerous emails to which I have got no responses. I wish I had done more research before dealing with these dirt bags, but after I realized it was nothing more than a scam it was too late. I did do some investigating afterwards and found that this so called company has 27 formal complaints filed against them with the BBB. I filed another formal complaint yesterday so that makes 28. PLEASE do not fall into this trap, there are many reputable sites out there where you can buy/rent electronics and this is clearly NOT one of them!!!

the key is..to investigate ANY company before you send a dime. A simple google search, if done before the OP sent any money, would have made it apparent that all this company does to make money, is charge a 25 dollar application fee, and then you never hear from them again, and are ousted off their website. Unfortunatkey like so many reports we read about here that are similar, the poster checked the companies out AFTER they were ripped off, only to discover too late, that the same thing happened to many others.
Buyer beware.
And some have paid with paypal, which makes lodging a dispute tough..because the buyer protection only covers tangible goods and an application fee is not a tangible good.
