payday one excessive late fees on accounts, Internet

There was a mistake with my bank and my loan was not deducted from my account on time, the bank refunded me the fee that they charged me. I contacted paydayone to let them know what happened and to taken out the loan  interest plus part of the principle,but instead they took out the the interest, a one day late fee of $45.20, and a $25.00 return fee, they also moved the next payment date back so that I will now owe them more in interest.

I asked paydayone if they could reverse the fees and take out part of the principle but they refused, so I paying extra money to them for someone elses mistake.
