payless car rental claim they take prepaid debit cards but do not and stole my money atlanta Georgia

i searched all over the internet for a company that accepts prepaid debit cards or cash for a rental car. iwas going to atlanta for a job interview and unfortunately did not have a major credit card. so  i found this  company on the internet afetr searching and calling them i made the reservation and upon arriving in atlanta i went to pick up the vehicle, when i presented the card that they had already charged they refused to accept the card even though there website says they do accept prepaid bedit cards and even do accpet cash. i needed a car really bad andmyy brother even presented his major credit card but they said it had to be with the card i made the reservation with........what a ripoff and then they refuse to give me  a refund. this is the worst rental car company i have ever dealt with and they are telling me that i actually cancelled  the reservationa. what crap and they are in a major airport and stealing peoples moneya please stay away from these thievesa
