They make it look very real and tempting, but you shouldn't have to send money to receive money! And I would think you would have to enter in a sweepstake or what not to win anything. Just like the Lottery you have to play to win! 

 As I indicated on step 2, these people are Harassing me threw mail saying they are going to forfeit me unless I pay amount indicated in full. It's always a different amount every time I get a letter and different name, but same amount. First of all you have to enter into a sweepstake to qualify to win anything. Just like the Lottery you have to play to win. And you shouldn't have to send money to receive money!
