Payment Systems Corp Addition of fradualent charges on statements Los Angeles California

 In September of 2011, a representative from Payment Services spoke with me. They discussed 0% debit fees an 1.79% on all other fees. They promised to discount machine costs since I already owned a credit car processing machine. I signed te Merchant Services and Equipment Purchase Order but did not recieve a copy because "she wanted to save me time since I was also helping customers". I recieved the copies with the machine a few days later. Once I started recieving fees for secondary services such as PCI Noncomplianc and CarePoint services I asked to cancel my contract due to fradulent/unauthorized charges. I was told by continuing my services with them, I was agreeing to the services since they wrote a sentence on my monthly statement. I reminded them that a statement is not a legal document that allows them to continue to add fees to my statement at their discretion. One rep finally said according to your contract we do. I learned then I didn't have the entire contract. They sent me a copy with additional pages I NEVER signed or agreed to. However, there still is no such statement. They are quit to fall back on the contract, yet to not stand by it in terms of abiding by it themselves.
