Sales rep came into business represented herself as FirstData employee. Claimed there was no fee for the credit card machine and would pay 0% on Debit and 1% on all other cards. They would save me about $100 dollars amonth based on my current statements. Asked repeatedly how can they do business if not charging for the credit card machine and was told they were looking out for the small business and made their money on the 1% fee. After looking over paperwork again, found out they were charging $89.00 for machine but was told I am not really charged that. Called the next day less than 24 hours to cancel and no one returned my calls. The next day the machine shows up by fedx and within 3 minutes of signing for machine the phone rings and its credit card processing people telling me to plug the machine in so it can be setup, when I refused the rude person on the phone said to bad you are under contract and will pay,  when i contacted the so called Sales manager of the Rep who came in person I was told there is no way out and I am stuck. If i couldnt afford the $89.00 a month I surely couldnt afford an attorney to fight this as he was laughing. Said the sales rep told me wrong and he was mad at her but sorry about my luck just pay the fees. I am turning this over to my attorney in the morning. Something needs to be done to stop these scammers or there will be no small businesses left. If a class action lawsuit is set up please contact me. We must stop this now.
