Agent comes in to Piano store and promises lower rates on merchant processing, with payment systems and Lease Finance Group.  Sends many processing machines (and higher rates).  Noticed that the signatures on agreement were forged, agent then calls and tells me He lied about things and was fired, so I should try and quit the service.  Thats when the process went bad.  I sent notification and returned everything with copy of the forgery.

I pointed these things out to both companies, returned all machines, but they continue to charge my bank account.  I am in the process or getting my bank to charge back the company.

Class Action Lawsuit sound right for this company.  Trying to contact them is made difficult, as they run a buffering company to handle complaints and they do not give you any assistance, other than lip service.  You are put on hold for hours to try and reach the deceitful companies.
