Pc Direct Biz stole from my bank account twice, two hundred dollars total Atlanta Georgia

In november of 2005 I sent my application in with my check, they debited my account. I called and called all the way into january of 06 and all I got was excuses for why i didnt have my computer yet, finally after waiting over two months, i cancelled the deal with them, they said i would get a refund of my 99 dollars within 30 days, well its been a year and it hasn't come , in fact what did come, they just without any contact or reason just took another hundred out of my account on the 24th of november. I tried to send there refund email address notice , but guess what, it sent my mail back, seems there mailbox is full of unanswered mail. This company has taken one payment with my permission that I should have refunded along long time ago, and recently just stole 100 dollars from my account because they could with the routing info and other information they still had on file, which of course would of and should have generated a refund for that amount, maybe they are taking my hundred , i mean two hundred to pay someone elses refund, or line there stinking crooked pockets?

I am pressing charges with the FBI, FTC, BBB, AND EVERY OTHER PERSON THAT CAN SOCK IT TO THESE THIEVES. I SURE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE OPEN ACCESS TO THERE BANK ACCOUNT, I WOULD BE SITTING ON THERE MONEY AND THEY COULD BE TRYING TO GET IT BACK, BUT THEN YOU HAVE TO BE HONEST TO BEGIN WITH TO CALL ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY "YOUR MONEY" RIGHT?
I PROBABLY WILL NEVER SEE A DIME OF THIS MONEY BACK, BUT I'LL TELL YA THIS THEY WILL SEE PLENTY OF ME AND HEAR PLENTY OF ME, AND I WILL NOT STOP HARASSING THESE BILLY GOAT UNDER THE BRIDGE RIP OFF ARTISTS FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE TILL I SEE THERE MONEY. FOR THE REST OF YOU WHO GOT RIPPED OFF, HERE IS GEORGES EMAIL, WRITE HIM EVERY MINUTE OF EVERYDAY AND YOU MIGHT GET NO WHERE, BUT DO IT ANYWAY, ITS ALL THE GUY DOES TO MAKE HIMSELF FEEL WORTHY OF OUR HARD EARNED MONEY HE HAS STOLEN AND CONTINUES TO STEAL.
