Pc Protect, Inc. This lying and cheating company placed a monthly charge of 21.05 on my Verizon phone bill and when confronted, a rude man who called himself John, falsely claimed I ordered this service. Internet

My wife noticed a charge of $21.05 for PC Protect on our Verizon phone bill and knew this was an unauthorized charge because we have a virus protection service.  When she called this company, they claimed I ordered this service but this is a complete lie because she manages everything for the phone and computer. PC Protect falsely charged us for a service which we did not order and did not use for at least 4 months and without providing anything lied by saying I must have ordered this service.  We called Verizon and they said they would look into this but they have not credited us for these false charges and they have enabled this phoney PC Protect Company to attach these charges to our bill.
