PC Richard & Son PC Richard Beware of PC Richard maintenance Department. Internet

Purchased a brand new 46" Samsung LCD TV from PC Richard in Jersey City, NJ, 14 month later the TV wouldn't power up! (a good power surge was used). Brought the TV to the branch in Jersey City with a payment of $25.00 (as advised from their support dept.) to diagnose the problem, I got a response 2 weeks later in the mail that the TV needs a power board!  Cost?$115.00 plus $350.00 LABOR!--Must be lots of work involved I thought! I refused, I hired a technician who brought the board for $110.00 (Genuine Samsung) removed the back (12 screws) with a power screw driver then removed the power board (8 screws and 2 clips), took him exactly 10 minutes to replace the power board and repair the TV, total cost $195.00!! PC Richard wanted $465.00 while they had the TV in their possession already, what a rip off that would of been, Don't repair anything at PC Richard. Never to buy anything from them again.
