PCA International ripoff Abuse of Empoyees, one of the worst companies to work for. Matthews North Carolina

PCA International may be one of the worst companies to work for. They care nothing for the employee. Since the company got a new president a few years ago. The company's way it treated its empoyees went down hill. Employees used to be appreciated and was a much nicer environment to work.

Now it is almost as if you are working in a prison. The supervisors act as if they are wardens watching everyones every move and quick to punish for any sign of an employee being social.

Its awful really. We are overworked but yet we do not even receive 40 hours a week. All bonuses have been wiped out. Supervisors are rude and treat their employees like children. We are forced to work 10+ hours a day just so we can work less days a week. They give you sick days you can't use or risk being fired.

There is nothing but war between the 3 shifts and the employees that work there are forced by their supervisors to participate in this war and contribute to it. Supervisors expect you to do everything for them when they need something and screw you over when you need anything.

Avoid working for this company. Don't even buy pictures from them. No one should have work in the type of enviroment they provide and people should not support them by buying their pictures.
