I recenlty bought Magicfeaturesplugin from this company. It failed to work as advertised, as a primary feature for which I bought it doesn't work. I sent three emails to support@pcphonesoft.com with all relevant information and including the log file.

The claim they will reply in 24 hours. It has been 11 days and no response. FYI, I asked for a fix or a refund (it wasn't much - $21, but it's the principle). That is terrible customer service. I will never buy from them again.
