RECENTLY I got a call at work not once but many times from a company called PCS INC., , they said that I owed a back bill with Cash Advance America for the sum of $528.00, and had never had the need to get a payday loan, but this was a unsecured loan but cash advane says they do not use these types of loans. PCS sent me over the internet three pages of forms that they wanted filled out and sent back to them which was the payment authorization form, with the terms of the repayment which was $528.00 split up in two payments of $291.00. Turns out that this company has had complaints against them thru cash advance and these people have no connection with cash advance, which I have told them my situation, I have disputed these payments with my bank to try to get some of this money back, and also have closed my debit card account, whuch this transaction was made from. These people are of a foreign accent, maybe Indian, so beware! that this does not happen to you.

If you never had a loan with them, why on earth would you pay?  This is a common scam.  Kiss you money goodbye.  Don't be such an easy mark next time.
