PDL Resource Site ,Payday Loan Through Last Chance Unauthorized debiting of my account Phoenix Arizona

Like many of the reports I've read, I too, have become a victim of Last Chance payday loans. I reviewed my account this morning and noticed a check for $17.93. When I reviewed the check image, I noticed that it was payable to "PDL Resource Site".

Of course, I immediately contacted them and spoke with a representative who claimed that their service is listed "as a 10 day free trial" in the terms and conditions of the loan application for Last Chance payday loans. I explained that there was no such thing listed and requested a refund. I was told that there was nothing that they could do about a refund because I had not canceled within 10 days, but that they would cancel my service from this point forward.

I then asked to speak with a supervisor and was told that they would tell me the same thing. I told the rep that I didn't ask her what they would say to me, I asked her for a supervisor. At that point, she put me on hold for approximately 15 minutes before I chose to hang up. I called back and explained the situation to another rep who stated that the only way that I could get my money back, was to file a police report. I asked her why her company would want police reports filed against them, rather than refund people, and she said, "for assurance."

Whatever! I've opted to contact Wells Fargo online fraud dept. to take care of this. I'll have you all know though, that I have used several different payday loan companies, who have been nothing but professional and never have tried to take money prior to my payday, or who have taken other amounts than what I've agreed to. So it's not all payday loan companies - just LAST CHANCE PAYDAY LOANS. My suggestion is not to even complete their application. Unfortunately, most of us found out too late.
