DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. TOTAL RIP-OFF, TOTAL FRAUD, TOTAL SCAM. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. THEY DON'T DO THEIR JOB. THEY ARE DISHONEST. I was quoted for a move and was told the Peace of mind mover's/Peace Relocation would show up at a certain time AT THE PLACE OF DELIVERY, with no problems at all.

ONLY AFTER HAVING PUTTING MONEY DOWN, was I contacted and told that this time was a huge problem, and that I must be at the location within a two-hour window or would be charged

85 DOLLARS AN HOUR FOR THE PEACE OF MIND MOVERS / PEACE RELOCATION SERVICES TO WAIT. After sending far too many faxes, I was told that this was the scheduled time of pick-up and not delivery. WHAT A SHAM.

Several phone-calls and faxes later to peace of mind movers / peace relocation services, that interrupted my work-day non-stop, and after dealing with incredibly rude customer-service agents at peace of mind movers / peace relocation, I finally had submitted all of the material they needed to complete my move. Including authorization for my storage unit, with the names of the employees (several faxes later), who could sign and authorize the movers to enter my unit.

After having a friend cover for me for the 2 hour window i could not make, and having found out that they were only picking up my stuff not delivering it, I received a call AFTER this two-hour window from peace of mind movers / peace relocation at my storage unit. They said that they could not get into my storage unit because the guy at my storage unit did not have the authorization to sign, even though I had signed, faxed, and emailed a digitally scanned copy to Peace of Mind Movers / Peace relocation, and at this point had paid for half of my move.

The guy at my storage unit offered to even stay an hour late so that he could scan and email me the peace of mind mover's / Peace relocation's paperwork to send me, sign, and fax, and return, so that peace of mind movers / Peace Relocation could begin their ripoff scam of a business. The two movers did not give the gentleman at my storage unit the paperwork.

When I called them back they ignored my calls, and after finally picking up I asked, why didn't you give them the paperwork? "Nah man, that's not how it works." What a F*cking scam. I have been so ripped off by this company. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Major complaints. Huge ripoff. I am one pissed consumer. I have never had such a terrible experience.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I await the second half of this problem asking for my money back, because they have NOT EVEN STARTED THEIR JOB!
