PEAK5 STAY AWAY!!! CENTENNIAL Colorado

If I had known what I know now, I would not have dealt with these people.

They are a ripp-off. I filed bankruptcy last year and it was discharged in January 2008. Because they did not send in the reaffirmation these people towed my Expolorer, this past weekend.

When I called over the weekend, no one could or would not, tell me anything as to why and where the vehicle was. I was told I had to wait until this past Monday. When I called the rep was really rude and obnoxious. They claimed that since I had filed the bk, I no longer had a contract with them, so, what happened to the payments I made from January to May of 2008.

I went to my attorney on Monday and we called them. The rep acted as though I was behind with payments and I was not, he lied to the attorney. He said that if I wanted the vehicle back then I would have to pay $11,000. The truck was not worth that much. And on top of it, no one contacted me to let me know that this event was about to happen and they are suppose to attempt to contact you so that you can get your personal belongings out.

I had to pay $40 to get my belongings back from the recovery company and I am still missing my daughters cap and gown from graduation and a pair of tennis shoes, that no one can find.

Please run the other direction!!! If you know anyone that is going to use these people, tell them to run the other direction and wait for a better company.
