Peggy's Auto Sales Jerry Poole {Owner}David BurkeHugh Hollow{Car Sales Man}Andy (New Finance Manager) Peggy's Auto sales had me and my daughter arrested for a car they sold us in March 2015. The car was never financed although the car sales Hugh hollow told us not to worry about the car and that it was financed. They gave us the keys and then turned around said we stole the car in May 2015. Hendersonville Tennessee

Me and my daughter to peggys auto sales to purchase a car. My daughter picked out a pontiac G6 this was in March 2015. I gave them my 2005 Dodge Neon as a trade for a 1000 dollars. My duaghter gave them 500 in cash. I handed them my title the paperwork was done and we were able to leave the lot. My daughter went to purchase in surance on the car from state farm. I company name pace financial was suppose to be the lienholder on the car . Keep in mind when my daugheter went and got her insurance state farm asked her information they needed to cover the cars insurance. She state farm her address and other information which was needed.

So when state farm called pace financial to confirm her known address pace said that was not the address the car lot finance mananger at the time  gave them. They stated that she resided at my address that is when pace said that they were not going tto finanace thee car because they felt like she could not afford the notes on the car. That is when Hugh hollow the guy who sold us the car called and asked me and my daughter why did we tell pace that she didn' live with me. My Daughter told Hugh that she was not going to lie about were she lived. Because him and tim Cathcart at the time of the sale was the ones who had done the paperwork.

My daughter went to marta for the tags and they never came . Hugh the car salesman kept lying saying that they had found a nother lienholder for the puchase of financing the car. HE kept saying the tags were coming knowing the whole time that they hadden found a lender. My daughter kept on asking me to call him about the tags and Hugh kept lieying the whole time. The next thing i find out is that The owner of the car lot Jeey poole had fired the finance manager. This information was told to me when i stopped at the lot to see what was taking so long for the tags to come back. Hugh first said that tim was on vacation then he said that tim had got fired. Then in may we were told to bring the car back by once again hugh hollow and that they had found my daughter a latter model G6 with lower miles and someone to finance the car.   We knew they were lieying and we took the car back on May 28,2015. They had hired a new finance manager name adam.We went to the car lot and the new finance manager and that lying Salesman hugh Hollow hadn't found anyone to finance any carfor my daughter. WE argued about the car situation and asked David to call the owner to see if we could keep the car and heand adam said no they were not going to call Mr Poole. They me and my daughter and my grandbaby to get home the best way we could. I then asked were is my car i gave you. Hugh told David Burke that they at least owed me my car.

I walked out the door got in the car and told my daughter to get in the car with my grandbaby and i drove off the car lot. That is when Adam was on the phone calling the Hendersonvill Police dept and reported the car stolen. We had to turn our selves in and now we are going back and forth to court about a car we never stole. I gave them their car and they  have not gave me my car back. I filed for a lost title because my tiltle already ahd two signatures and i called MVD and they said that the car was still in my name.
