PENAS AUTO SALES SOLD ME A CRAPPY CAR BRENTWOOD California

I bought a 1996 ford explorer from Pena's Auto Sales back in September of 2008. They gave me a 30 day motor and tranny warranty on it. After a week of having the vehicle i noticed a funny sound when i excelled. I called Pena's and spoke to the owner Rigo Pena. He said he would get back to me. He never did so i called a few more times and got the run around!! February 27th 2009. By going out I mean i lost control of my steering, couldnt go over 40mph, had to have the steering wheel turned all the way to the left to go straight, and it was smoking uncontrollably. I somehow managed to make it home and when i pulled up in front of my house and turned the car off i looked under the vehicle and fluids were leaking from 3 different spots. The next morning I called Pena's Auto sales and again spoke with Rigo Pena. I told him what had happened and it told me it was not his problem. He thenm had a girl named Diana call me back and tell me that i could take it to their transmission shop but i would have to pay for it. Why of all things would he say to take it to a transmission shop?? Unless he knew there was something wrong when he sold it to me.. And last but not least i have had the vehicle for 5 mths and still havent received my plates or registration. Every time i call Pena's and ask about the plates, they tell me they will check and call me back. They never call me back.
