Penn Credit Corporation American Collectors Association Inc Fradulent Verizon Bill!! Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

Penn Credit Corporation is trying to collect on a Verizon bill they say Verizon has hired them to resolve.

The date of service they reference is August 22 2008.  I did not have a Verizon account in August of 2008.   I cancelled in May and our new cable service was installed at that time.   

Penn Credit is willing to 'settle' for less than the full amount they claim I owe.  Since I don't owe Verizon any money, they will be settling for $0. 

Penn Credit is not the first fraudulent collection agency supposedly referred by Verizon.  It is about the 4th in over a year.  The last one was Afni - another fraudulent company.

Watch out for both of them
