Penn State Industries substandard quality ripoff Philadelphia Internet

 In March of 2017, I purchased a rosewood pen display box. The box is beautiful and I had been very happy with it. However, over the past few months, the lid of the box warped so badly that it could not close properly. The box is on my desk in a controlled environment...I live in South Florida, so my office remains a continuous 75 degrees with 50% humidity. There is no reason whatsoever for this box to warp other than substandard materials. I contacted Penn State about this issue.They resolutely told me that they have a 30 day warranty, and that's it. While I understand their warranty policy, I believe that a box of this cost should last longer than thirty days. I guess the caveat here is to not do business with these people if you need it to last longer than 30 days.
