Scam says payments would stop automatically after policy is cancelled (Big Lie). Got charged once but twice! Looking to be included in any class action suit against this company!

Dear Consumer,

    Our policy is to immediately stop charging a consumer for their Genesis contract once we have received a written request from the customer.   This may be done via fax, email, or postal service.  We cannot cancel a Genesis contract without  a written verifcation from the customer.    We will be happy to refund you any charges that were made after a written cancellation request was received.
