 rented a truck from abc rentals who I guess rents penske trucks. I am manager of moving company have rented trucks from all companies. Penske or there third party agency rented me truck on 10/28/15. They now took 371.84 out of my account on 11/07/15. Saying we drove 181 miles which is crazy the job was 25 each way and then another maybe 15 miles to and from our yard to get equipment. Manager Juan was rude and not helpful. They take a deposit and day of return charge or refund card after bill is factored. Why did they charge week later? When returning the truck there employee was so stupid he couldn't even check the truck in properly so now they bill me week later. Don't ever use penske rentals rip off.
