I followed instructions and sent in a rebate form with proof of purchase to Penzoid for the rebate.  They sent me a card saying my request submission did not qualify for the Penzoil Ultra Walmart $5 shell gift card offer.  Limit 2, so I bought 2... That's $10 rebate.  What can I do?... except to say Penzoil cheats on their rebate offer for a few dollars.  I will never buy Penzoil oil again!
