People Lookup Charged fees for privacymatter credit protection without my knowledge. Internet

I used "LOOKUP PEOPLE" site ONCE in JUNE, 2008. I called the PrivacyMatter phone number showing on my statment and was told that there was sent an email from PRIVACYMATTERS123 that claimed if I didn't refuse the "service" within three days I would be charged $19.95 each month for credit report information. The email went to spam. I never saw the email. I didn't reply within the "terms" so I have been paying the $19.95, for "privacy".

I recently looked into the fee. They removed THIS month only.I paid for three month's for nothing.

There were NO followup emails saying welcome. How to use the service. Etc.

This is fraud. Is it theft of the worst type. PEOPLE LOOKUP AND PRIVACY MATTERS ARE RIP OFF ARTISTS. THIS SHOULD BE STOPPED.

CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS if you buy ANYTHING on line.
