People Search, Inc. MPIS Inc. Dead-beat company couldn't find my dead-beat tenants! Internet

I evicted some dead-beat tenants and won a judgment.  I needed to find out where they were working to garnish their wages.  I submitted the information to LocatePeople because their website offered a "No find, no fee!" guarantee.  Well, they said that they found the location of their employment and their residence.  Their employer was in North Carolina, and their residence was the house I evicted them from a year ago!  They said they looked at the map and saw that East Point, Georgia (metro Atlanta) was close to North Carolina.  Now, the dead-beat was a cook, and I doubt a cook is going to travel 200 miles to go to work.  When I inquired about a refund, they stated that they guaranteed they would find the person, but NOT that the information they found would be accurate and/or current.  I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission.
