I have been scammed the seller Kevin G That claims to be Kevin Gray  owner of Alpha Digital company website : http://www.alphabetdigital.xyz  claims to be worker at google and a complete fake profile. Wasted two weeks of my time, turned out to be a fake profile using an IP address from the Phillipines. He charged me 67$ to fix my website, he did not deliver work as agreed its was not incomplete 70% in full, he said he would on round #2 complete all the job if I paid an additional 60$ I was desperate so I wrote a good review for him on People per hour in hopes he would complete the website and not to hack my website  to complete the job. He said the work would be done in 48hours 2 weeks later he gives me times and dissapears. 45$ Where deposited in the escrow account on Peopleperhour.com. I have requested a refund. Now he wants to get paid in full on the second round after delaying a 48 hour quote to two weeks and not completing the job. I am not paying him or PPH i have disputed charges on my Paypal account. I will loose money if I have to but they are not getting a penny from me for scamming me !  This Kevin Gray uses an Avatar picture of a boy, acts smart like he has employees and an office in the UK with a Phillipines IP address and is really rude. People per hour It is the worst platform over charging people fees and I am 100% sure his fake profile works for People per hour to do this and earn fees for the company. Not only do they not refund people but they defend scammers! I will dispute charges till I die they are not getting one penny from me! Worst company ever !

PEOPLE PER HOUR is a terrible platform. Anyone can sign up there is no agreement or standard. Many people on there are money hungry, will mess up your website to always come back. You get charged incredible fees to get refunded unlike Fiverr and Upwork. You have to wait over 5 days for funds to go back to your Paypal account to withdraw funds and send your set of life personal documents and get discouraged. You have to wait over 48 hours to get refunded and if someone does not deliver a job and on weekends no refunds you wait till Monday, unlike Upwork and Fiverr. If someone scams you hacks your website and still gets paid they will defend them. I have wasted 3 months of my life and all resources on this platform to get a decent website and have not fell upon one decent person, the customer service is generic its always the same response. None is in control, 80% of sellers never respect a deadline will pretend they can do a job and are incompetent show they are top rated not sure what these rates are based on. I have 100% suspiscions some fake accounts may be from PPH due to the volume of terrible experiences I have had and number of fake accounts. I have wasted 900$ and not gotten a decent or complete website. I am waiting for 27$ to withdraw back to my Paypal account and 45$ for a fake seller to accept a refund for wasting 2 weeks of my life and not completing a job, HE NOW WONT REFUND AND I WILL HAVE TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES. And than I will loose a nice chunk of that in their fees and time I cant get back. Its like an open street and your getting robbed in broad daylight and none is helping you and it gets worst.  I HAVE BEEN ROBBED FOR 3 MONTHS BY PEOPLE PER HOUR BY FAKE PROFILES AND THIS FAKE PROFILE KEVIN G GRAY FROM DIGITAL ALPHABET. He uses the same rebuttals as people per hour and their customer services response he clearly works for them. I was scammed by his fake profile through People Per Hour. I hope they will all rot in hell!!
