Peoples commerce Fraud Conshohocken Pennsylvania

 My name is Coisha smith and i contacting you because someone from people commerce authorized a payment without my authorization on 5/11/2017 @10:34 am. When i first got my car on 01/28/2017 i gave them a card ending in 9510 to make my payments every week. Everything was good until i receive another card ending in 8267. After the payments stop with the card ending in 9510 i would get a email as the one attach to this email " PORTALPAY PAYMENT FAILURE NOTICE" than i would get a phone call. As i spoke to someone i would use the card ending in 8267 and they would as me if i would like to keep this card on file and i would say " NO" . So last week i made a payment and ask i was speaking to my account manager i asked her was the card i use still in the system and she said does it end with 9510 and i told her no so i use the card ending in 8267 and another card ending in 2654 to pay the balance off. So, this week i receive a failure payment for card ending in 9510 and 4 hours later i recieve another email sayimg thank you for you ONE TIME PAYMENT AUTHORIZED PAYMENT. i was working at the time when i receive the email but i never authorized a paymemt AT ALL!!!!! they keep saying that the card ending 8267 is on file but i never authorized them to put that file because if i did i would of never receive a failure email first. So, i dont trust People Commerce with my personal information. That was fraud and stealing from a customer. Something need to be done or i will sue People Commerce for fraudulent with a customer information. Nothing have been dont yet amd this happen on 5/11/2017.
