Peoples Credit First ripoff & i want my money back consumer fraud ripoff Tampa Florida

I am very dissapointed in the company of peoples credit first. i thought that i was getting a loan of 5000,00. i thought this was a great, all i had to do was send them 49 dollars. well in about one week i recieved a book to order some thingswheich sadi that i limit was 5000,00 this is not what i sent the 49 dollars for i needed the 5000,00 dollars to pay off bills and to move my trailer, and get my van fixied.I am very mad and dissapointed i want my money back.you people at the peoples credit first are a bunch of BS!!!!!
