I recieved a certificate for a credit card from Peoples Credit First on June 12 of 2002. This certificate claimed it had an approved credit card with an amount of 5,000 dollars on hold under my name.

I replied to the offer by sending a check of the amount of 49.00 for rush delivery and the check was cashed on August 5 of 2002. It has been about three weeks and I still have not recieved anything.

I want my money back or something done about this.
