Peoples Rebates Association ripoff artists & down right liars Champlain New York

i'd like to file a complaint regarding peoples rebates association. i was denied a refund of membership fee of $299.95 because of a recorded statement which i thought was regarding a credit card offer. before the recorded statement, a spoke to someone offering me a credit card with a $5,000 limit & 6.5% interest fee.

i never received a credit card. instead, i received 2 benefits packages, which is not what i expected. the first package they sent stated " you may receive a full refund of membership fee, minus $29.95 s&h, if for some reason, this benefits package is not what you expected.

package must be returned within 10 business days of receipt." which i did. this has now become a game of cat & mouse with these people. when i told them i thought i was agreeing to a credit card offer, they told me they don't offer credit cards & thought i'd made up the story.

they've currently submitted another request for refund, which i don't think is founded being that i followed the return policy exactly. i want my money back & i'm tired of the games they seem to want to play with everyone else they deal with!
