I called to cancel service January 20 2015. the customer service representative argued with me over cancelling my service but finally aggreed to. I was not billed in January. Today when I was looking at my bank statement I realized I was debited for Peoplepc service that I had already cancelled. This is the second time I have tried to cancel the account.
