Three days after receiving my pills, I wrote the company and told them my Doctor informed me I couldn't take them because of my medication and wanted future shipments stopped. I heard nothing and figured all was ok.
I then rec'd two bottles of pills and a charge of $149.95 to my VISA. I called immediately and talked to an agent named Reggie and explained what had happened and he stated that he could do nothing for me because it was now over 15 days and I had not filled out the online form. I then asked him for the address of his superior and he laughed and gave me the following. PEP Corp, PO Box 19366, OKC, Ok 73189. I wrote them and have heard nothing.
After checking my VISA, the address and phone # are different. It reads Hoodiaphen at 801-660-7184 in Utah. I called this number and was referred to the previous number 888-527-0870.
I feel I was ripped off !!
