perfectdvd.com tv dvd closeouts, tvdvdmarket ripoff Internet

I ordered DVD's from this company on the web it said shipping was 5.00 they charged my credit card for the DVD's and 36.00 shipping.  I really wanted the DVD's for my disabled son so i said ok it was still a bargin.  2 days went by no confimation email.  I tried the contact part of their website no phone number so submitted the form on the site.  another day gone get a email from a Crystal Nash, saying they had my stuff still in a cart and had not heard from me as if i wanted the stuff.  Not being that dumb i sent another email stating they took the money off the card so either put the money back or send my dvd's.  Nothing happend so i contacted the credit card company they are protesting the charge but said it could take up to 3 months to get the money back after they finished the investigation. 

DO NOT PURCHASE WITHOUT GOING TO AMAZON OR BARNES AND NOBLE OR SOME PLACE THAT IS VERY REPUTABLE WHEN SOMETHING SOUNDS TO GOOD IT REALLY REALLY IS.
