Do not get yourself mixed up with John Hood of Performance Builders. I made the mistake of not checking the Better Business Bureau or references prior to hiring him to install a patio. The company is unprofessional and does shoddy work. Their prices are low but you truly get what you pay for in this case. There is also a long list of small claims judgements against Performace Builders. Stear Clear!

I AM ONE OF THE OWNERS OF PERFORMAMCE BUILDERS, I DONOT WORK ON HOMES BUT I DO ALL BOOK WORK AND SO ON. I WAS NOT AWARE OF THIS WEB SITE UNTIL NOW SO THIS REBUTTAL IS VERY LATE IN RETURN. DEAR ANONYMOUS , I HAVE A FEW THINGS TO SAY TO YOU. FIRST OFF I HAVE TAKEN MORE HOME OWNERS TO COURT FOR NON PAYMENT OR THEY ARE JUST ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO FEEL THEY SHOULD GET ALOT AND PAY LITTLE. THE WAY YOUR REPORT READS IT SOUNDS LIKE YOUR ONE OF THEM, NO NAME,NO ADDRESS,NO REAL INFORMATION,JUST THAT YOUR NOT HAPPY. SO YOU WANT TO SMEAR MY NAME AND WALK AWAY. NOT A NICE THING TO DO,SO HOW MUCH DO YOU OWE THE COMPANY AND YOU DONT WANT TO PAY?
