Performance Health USA LLC Did not order product but my credit card was charged Orem Utah

I ordered the free 10 day trial of Pure Acai Berry and was charged $4.95 for the shipping. Even the free trial was a rip off. It was suppose to be for 14 days and was only enough product for 5 days.

I did not order any more product or give my permission for more product to be sent to me, but today a bottle arrived and my account debited for $74.95. I called my bank and of course the money is gone. There was no order form enclosed and of course NO working phone numbers and no physical address.

I called 800-597-8514 that I got off of another ripped off company and it was for HOODIA. They gave me the number 888-298-1382 but of course it doesn't work.

I am putting a stop payment on any future payments to them, but it was an expensive lesson.
