I experienced a medical problem after trying their product. was a bad, painful rash in private area. just recently has rash finally left after trying several ointments and remedies to cure the rash. lasted for four painful weeks. was surprised to receive recent shipment. went on their web-site for information on returing product. will insure for amount they charge my account and ask for confirmation, signed receipt so I will know they received it, when and who signed for it. if you go on their website and scroll to bottom of page and click on terms and conditions an agreement form appears . read the risk free trial offer . keep reading and you will read what I think should have been disclosed when you ordered the trial. (if it was disclosed it must have been someplace where a person normally wouldn't see or read it) can't be in noticeable spot or there would't be so many of us taken in by their supposed free offer. I hope I have a favorable response to mailing my PureAcaiBerry back to company. the address to return product is in Florida. an address in Arizona also appeared that had same phone # for customer support as all other sites tell you to call. I hope I am successful in returning my shipment and this info is of help for others trying to return their PureAcaiBerriy shipments.

We appreciate forums such as Ripoff Report that allow for customers of all products to vent or state their beliefs concerning a given product. We look at it as a great opportunity for us to share our vision and see it only as a positive. We understand your issue and acknowledge there have been others who have shared your same frustration.
