Perkins Specialized Transportation Escrow Not Refunded Noblesville Indiana

On February 24th., 2009, I left Perkins Specialized while under a lease/purchase program. I gave them 2 weeks notice and returned all of their property in good condition. I had only been under their lease for about two months and I was losing money so I decided to get out.

At that time I had approxiomately $3300.00 in my escrow account. I figured they would take out for the remaining lease payments and any fuel that I had purchased in the prior week. I was expecting at least $2500.00 back. After the 45 day waiting period I called to find out when I would get the remaining amount of money refunded. I was told that not only did I have nothing coming but I owed then money!

I had applied for bankrupcty in March so when they sent me a bill for an additional $4500.00 I included them as a creditor.

They sent me a final invoice which I can't make heads or tails out of.

I filed a BBB report and they replied that I didn't want to live up to there agreement.
