Persels & Associates, LLC Care One Credit Council I don't understand what they are trying to pull over on me Columbia Maryland

I have been with care one since July 2008 and they still have not pay any of my creditors they take out $156.00 each month and the lawyers take out $102.00 out of that. They have been trying to get me to file for bankruptcy and keep telling me they need power of attorney to communicate with my debtors.

When I first join them the guy told me it will be 53 months until I am debt free and the most recent power of attorney document says that they want to be given power of attorney for 60 months. They once again want control over all my finances; I hereby release the bearer of this authorization, as well as the recipient, including, but not limited to, the custodian of such records, courts, Credit Bureaus (Trans Union, Equifax,
Experian), consumer reporting agencies, retail business establishments, banks, lending institutions, collection agencies, student loan agencies (public and/or private), Internal Revenue Service, attorneys, medical professionals, and other organizations and individuals, from liability for releasing information about my financial information. I agree to hold harmless from, and
indemnify the Agent for, all liability for acts done for me and on my behalf in good faith under this Power.

Should there be any questions as to the validity of this Power, you may contact me as indicated below. This Power is valid throughout the United States. This what the paper says. Why are they doing this????
