My experience with Personal Care Wholesaler (personalcarewholesaler.com) is similar to what others reported credit card charged for order never delivered; no credit received when order cancelled.

I placed an order for a carton of toothbrushes in February, 2012 and my credit card account was charged a few days later for the full amount of the order, including shipping. The order was never shipped. After a couple of inquiries as to the status of the order I was informed in April that they could not provide the item I ordered. The customer service contact said they would cancel the order and refund my credit card in a few days. As of May 24, 2012 I have yet to receive the credit I am owed, despite numerous email requests. I plan to file a complaint with the New Jersey Attorney General in addition to posting my complaint here and on similar websites.
