This company did not provide the services as described on their website. They were inaccurate with instructions for forms, locations, directions, and more. Furthermore, when it appeared my pet would not be able to fly as scheduled (and would not have flown without the help of the carring staff at the USDA office in Atlanta), their response was "this happens all the time." I'm sure it does with this company. Not only did they not provide the service promised in their contract, they charged my credit card more than the agreed upon contract price. This was one of the worst ripoffs I have even fallen victim to.

The company has made contact and has assured me that the increased charges were due to increased airline charges, due to a misunderstanding regarding the impact of the size of the dog crate. They are willing to provide documentation of that additional cost. They are currently reviewing my complaints, and I am hopeful that a satisfactory resolution will come from the company itself. I appreciate their willingness to review each step of this process from the beginning, to improve service and insure that the service they provide is satisfactory for future customers. I will update this post upon final resolution. I do appreciate the fact that the company has been responsive.
