Pet doxie.com She sold me a puppy with a dislocated foreleg that can't be fixed. Somerville New Jersey

I also bought a dachshund from Petdoxie.com on 12-22-12.i took her to the vet & asked her to x-Ray her left fore leg.She said to wait until she was spayed because she would be sleeping.The vet said my puppy had a dislocated elbow & I should call the breeder because it probably was a birth defect.I called & was told the puppy I bought did not have a birth defect but was stuck in the birth canal for 12 hours,they had to do a c-section,she was born dead & the mother couldn't have any more puppies.She had bred a Teacup mother with a miniature father.The second time I called her she said it was the wrong number & they don't sell dogs.My dogs leg can not be fixed.I paid $850.00 cash for her.
