I have been ordering my dog's medications from PetCareRx since June of 2004. My main reason for choosing PetCareRx was that they offer points earning through websites such as Memolink. I had received the points they offered up until January of this year.

I have placed 5 orders since January but have not received the points for my purchases at Memolink. I contacted Memolink and they informed me that PetCareRX had not sent them any acknowledgement or compensation for my orders.

I have been trying to contact PetCareRX to get the problem resolved but I receive no replies. I have sent messages thru both their "Comments" and "Feedback" pages. I contacted their "Live Chat" person who referred me to customerservice@petcarerx.com. I emailed this address but still got no reply.

I have been trying since March to get my points awarded.

The company is very good with their service otherwise so I don't understand why they are ignoring this problem.

I will be ordering my dog's medication elsewhere until this issue is settled.

to who sees this compliant about petcarerx i have ben getting scame email looked them up on rip off couldnt find but only one compliant but wth mailing address did a little research an now have some info for rip off here is the address petcarerx.com 52 merton av lynbrook ny 11563 email customerservice@petcarerx.com -support@petcaredirect.net ph 800-844-1427 another address  720 n person st #104 realiegh nc 27604 another ph 919-272-0467 any one that want to file a compliant against pet care or any other company use the above name in title the form will b sent out to all law enforcement world wide on the data base the crook of pet care is miles autumn poto attched hope this info helps others. ray corning arkanas

After getting no resloution to my problem, I emailed Darren and Blake at PetCareRX for some status. This was on July 7th. They have not replied or resolved the issue as of July 13th.

I would be careful dealing with PetCareRx as they are unresponsive to problems.

Update...
On June 9th I finally received a response from PetCareRX. The COO, Blake Brossman, initially said that they had no relationship with Memolink. I had to get information from Memolink to show him that they advertise with Memolink thru an intermediary. After that, I received an email from the Director of Customer Operations Darren Alleyne. He said he would look into the problem and get back to me in a few days. I have sent 2 emails inquiring on the status of the problem but have received no response as of June 29th...20 days later.
