Peter Aleman unfairly, promises not completed, lies, rudeness, Secaucus New Jersey

My name is Pastor Peter Aleman. This is second report made by me against Home affortable Direct in Long Island. I have never dealt with a company who does not respect the request done by their own mangers for the owner of the company to call their customers.

I received a disturbing call from John Anthony a few weeks ago very upset for my complain about the above company. He was very upset because he just got promoted to the manager position. John Anthony promised me many time that he will request Mr, Gutierrez, who is the owner of the company to call me. Mr Gutierrez has totally rejected John Anthony's request.

This company has no remorse on taking my $1500 and much more from others. I had to reach out to my lawyer. He send out a letter requesting my money back. As of today, Mr. Gutierez has not responed.

Next time, I will scan and paste my lawyer's letter to Mr. Gutierrez. 

I am schedule to talk to my law firm this week.

Gen, I was told that you are the receptionist. Have you given the messages left on your voice mail to Mr. Guttierrez? 

This is a real case. I do not want anybody to think I am making anything up God forbid! 

I am praying to the Lord that Mr. Gutierrez does his part by researching all the information and everything that has taken place. Please speak to John Anthony and I know, he will tell you the truth. I was given the opportunity not to pay the balance but I just do not want to be part of a disturbing company who can not communicate among themselves.
