I paid Peter "Chris" Beebe a deposit of $5000 to build an 18' cold molded boat to plans he purchased.  Mr. Beebe was a cabinet builder just attempting to get into the boat building business.  The boat was never delivered.  He returned a part of the deposit except $3000.  I sued him in Charleston Conty Magistrate couurt and won a judgement for the deposit plus other equipmnet and hardware I purchased for the project totaling over $4400. Do your research before entering into a business arrangement with Chis Beebe or anyone else.  He has a dozen cases brought against him in court with several judgements against him.  His business model includes staling from others.  He keeps not titled assets in his name and in the State of South Carolina it is very difficult to sieze non-titled assets.

A simple search on the Magostrate court web page can save you money.  Let's put this guy out of business once and for all for the good of the community.
