1. Looks like Robert Rossi and Teresa Young are on the run from Fox Management. Seems like they have sold out to former employee, Evelyn O'Conners and a new person they have swindled: Peter Eberle, who brought his own business listing to them.
2. Maybe they will go back to KALIFORNyA where they are REALLY FROM.
3. We hired them, and they ran our properties into the ground.
4. Now, we have to sell our other rentals, because Fox didn't make the mortage payments as agreed. By the way, we have a nice little house and lot for sale on the corner of 148th and Stark. You can bull dose the house, and put up a couple of mini townhomes. (across from the Golden Slipper stripe bar)
5. Instead, the lined their own pockets with OUR MONEY. By evicting good tenants, and then trying to charge several non refundable fees onto the new tenants.
6. Well, you can guess what happened NO ONE RENTED our units. They sat empty and our mortgages were late! And we are Real Estate agents!!!

This is to inform all tenants or landlords (past, present or declined) that Tressa
Rossi "owner" of Fox Property Management inc was successfully sued in
an Oregon. Here are the details: January 16, 2012, The Chenoweth Law Group won
over $103,000.00 (six figures) AGAINST Tressa Rossi "owner" of Fox
Management Inc. Cohen v. Fox Management, Inc. et al., Multnomah County Cir. Ct.
No. 1010-1453 (Dec. 9, 2011), It is my understanding that other government
agencies are now taking a "hard look" at her and her business
practices. Several people have contacted the winning law firm informing them of
their tenant or landlord experience with Tressa Rossi.

First off , Pete is a new hire for Fox Management Inc. He is our new leasing agent. Evelyn is still with us. There has been no ownership change in the company. Tressa and Robert Rossi are still the owners and running from nothing. Business is going very well. We are many satisfied customers. We, of course, have some angry tenants that complain about getting kicked out for not following the rules. Tenants also get angry about the amount of refund they receive after moving out. 99% of our owners leave us with nothing but good to say.
I know this posting is bogus, because they are using my maiden name which I have not used in years and we don't make mortgage payments as a part of our service. Owners have to pay their own mortgage payments. As the agent for the owners, we only control a part of the investment. If owners' paid too much for a property or are not making cash flow, Fox cannot be held liable for all risk factors.
I really think this is an ex tenant that has been stalking me. I get all kinds of magazine orders and catalouge orders that are not made from me. I did file a police report, but I guess Howard and Christiana Hayes are still stalking me because they received a 30 day no cause notice to vacate over a year ago.
