I cant believe this man is this bold and attempting to act like he is a man of god in order to try and con people.  His whole scam is that for $175 he can get you a $40k refund on your foreclosed home, and that it comes from the insurance the title company took out when you paid your closing costs. And he is going to do this for you for just $175 which is an application fee and a filing fee. He promises you that he has a 100% record and has also never lost. I guy is nice enough but pretty high pressure, if you do not send him a direct deposit to his bank account within 3 days of him first contacting you he cuts commutation with you. Why doesnt he have a web site or a law firm? And why is he doing it under a charity in the name of a ministry? by the way he also uses the name TDS Recovery.
